Marie Aube My mom is my hero My mom is the bravest person I know... She made so many sacrafices for her children.. After being diagnosed in the final stages of cancer, she chose not to do chemo in order to not prolong the the devastation she knew we would suffer. Chemo would only have given us maybe a few more months. We had 7 weeks to say our final thank you's and good bye's. 7 weeks was no where near enough to accept such a loss. Almost 5 years later I am still dealing with the devastations her death has left. My mom was a fighter till the end..She passed away with her family bye her side. the room was packed we her children and our father surrounding her bed... She passed knowing she was loved and will be missed greatly.. I MISS HER SO MUCH THE PAIN IS SO GREAT. I TAKE COMFORT IN KNOWING SHE IS WITH ME WHEN I NEED HER MOST....
