| Rick was a champion of children's protection issues. Rick's care, compassion, and unconditional love of his fellow man/women, family and friends, was profound. Rick was an author of two books, presidential appointee, thinker, philosopher, and dear son of our Lord. His heart was big enough for us all. Namu Amida Butsu!
He is presently walking in the Pure Land with a big smile.
