"Joe" Joel Parnell Joe was wallking home when he was killed by a drunk driver. The driver left him lying in the road and went home. They caught the driver 18 Hrs later, still drunk. This is the second family member in 20 months lost to a drunk driver. Casey Lee Melton is my daughter. My husband was a good man with a big heart.
