Dilly Delia Santiago To my wonderful grandma dilly i love you and miss you with all of my heart and soul i am lost without you daddy is having a hard time without you being here but he is with me and i am taking care of your baby boy. my grandma died because of the hospital she was in. She has diabetes and had a tumb tack logded in her foot that the nurses and doctors did not find even though she was there for 2 weeks. eventually she developed a blood clot caused by an infection and died of a heart attack. she suffered when she died she knew she was going to die but i am blessed to know that the lord is with her and she is with family in heaven. grandma i love you and miss you dearly i cant get over the fact that your not here to talk to anymore but i know you are happy in heaven. i love you....
