William Walters
| Gramps, I love and miss you more than words can ever say. I know how proud you were to be my grandfather, but I was even more proud to be your granddaughter. I loved your smile and the way your eyes laughed at everything, even when you were in pain. I am very happy to say, you raised good sons and I hope when my son is born you won't mind too terribly much if I give him your name. It would be something any parent would be proud to do. I just wish you could be there to see him born. I will never forget the moment my mother told me you were the first one to hold me and see me in the hospital, even before she could hold me. I think that contact has something to do with my being here. Your memory has saved my life and the man you were will always hold me. Gabby. |
